Rutgers at South Florida

I need a little action on Friday night so why not bet a meaningless game.

Rutgers is much improved this year jumping out to a 4-0 start. They are traveling to South Florida, where the Bulls have been upsetting teams in the Big East over the past few years.  I think this will be nip and tuck, but I like the Scarlet Knights to get the offense going to cover the spread.
