Steelers at Broncos
The Steelers may ultimately cut my life short by 10 or 15 years. Like I highlighted earlier this week, I have lived through 4 championship losses in the last 11 years. Pittsburgh gave up the "One for the Thumb" motto in the early 90s and I don't want to bring back just yet, but surely the Football Gods, as Peyton Manning calls them, are going to look favorably on Bill Cowher. It ain't easy playing in Denver, and while I hate Shanahan's attitude, he is meticulous and savvy with the X's and O's. However, what kind of fan won't lay big bucks on his team at a time like this? Ben is a winner plain and simple and I can't live through one more loss.

Panthers at Seahawks
The Media is all over the Panthers, and frankly, they know how to win in times like this. But I get a little worried when everybody goes one way all at once. It's going to be raining in Seattle for like the 35th day in a row, and you have to believe that favors the offense that has a little more pop. The Panthers are a little too banged up, and while I love their heart and experience, I think the Seahawks finally break through.
